Meet Thea.

Thea Haigh, Principal & Consultant

With over 20 years of experience at the helm of leading agencies, name brand startups and high-growth ventures, Thea Haigh is a seasoned executive known for driving transformative brand strategy, public relations / communications and integrated marketing initiatives. Throughout her career, Thea has navigated the fast-paced worlds B2C industries, consistently delivering innovative solutions that elevate brands and resonate with audiences.

Throughout her career, Thea has excelled as a change agent within tech and social good, leading gamechanging initiatives in marketing and communications. Most recently, Thea oversaw integrated marketing for the startup Marco Polo, a social connection app built with consumers’ well-being in mind. In the role, she worked with product, growth and community teams. She helped successfully bring to market the only subscription-based business model in social networking in the midst of a global shutdown and political unrest. 

Thea also spearheaded the digital marketing and social media practice at Sunshine Sachs, expanding its offerings to include paid media and influencer marketing. She managed diverse clients, ranging from A-list celebrities and YouTube legends to international NGOs and top emerging startups, as well as wellness apps and consumer tech companies. 

Thea’s early career was spent at Mike Worldwide as a VP, where she lead teams to award-winning PR and social media campaigns for Fortune 500 tech and consumer brands. Her entry into agency work began at the esteemed advertising firm, Mullen Lowe, in Boston.

Thea holds an M.S. from Boston University’s College of Communication and a B.S. from Wheaton College with a degree in Political Science. She currently lives in Austin, TX.
